Trending Marigold Decor that you must have at your wedding !
Despite the heat I think summers host the most colourful weddings !! If you are having an outdoor wedding this year and want a simple yet ultra colourful wedding, marigolds are your thing ! We are yet to see an Indian wedding that does not have marigolds in its decor. The colours are just so bright, refreshing and perfect for any theme, lets not forget how the minute we add a marigold to the wedding it becomes Indian in an instant.
We’ve put together some marigold decors designed by various wedding planners for you guys to pick for your big day. The quirky touch took the traditional flower to a whole new level !!
MARIGOLD PHOTO BOOTH IDEAS !
We all love to take pictures at weddings! What better than dressing up some carts, cycles and rickshaws with marigolds that act as photo booths, after all it is going to be the best “ride” of your life 😀 !
MARIGOLD SWINGS OR “OONJAL” FOR MEHENDI OR HALDI CEREMONY
An outdoor setup is just the thing you need for your mehendi or haldi ceremony. No other floral arrangement can do justice to an outdoor setup like the marigolds ! The yellow and orange against the green trees and blue skies is just picture perfect. Don’t agree? Ask your photographer !! 😀
DRESS THE TREES AND SUSPEND SOMETHING !
Well, everything the eye can see on the wedding day is going to be glamours! Why leave the trees alone ? GLAM THEM UP !
SPILL SOME MARI”GOLD” ! 😀
How pretty are these overflowing marigold pots? 😀
Narain Devika is one of the best wedding planners in India !! Her ideas are just astounding !! There’s not one day that goes by that I don’t check her profile about her latest work ! And hasn’t she worked wonders on these designs ? 😀
Now these marigold wind chimes are to die for !!
I had so much fun creating these colourful ghungru dhaplis. Tiny ghungrus were painstakingly stuck to create these super happy pink rings. Five hundred of these were hung with these cheery balls of marigold to create an entrance for an afternoon Dholki. #weddingsbydevikanarain #devikanarain #itsallinthedetails #madewithlove
